- Toward the end of January 2008, I finally decided I have had it with my unhealthy lifestyle. With the support of my fabulous husband, I lost 90 pounds. I'm now a proud mother to our first child, Charlotte, and am working to lose the pregnancy weight. This is my place to blog about weight loss, exercise, pregnancy, faith, and everything else under the sun.
